How to deal with the differences in the social background of the survey respondents in different countries?
The social context of different countries (e.g., level of economic development, political system, cultural history, etc.) can lead to significant differences in respondents' responses to the same question. For example, "trusted government" data in some democracies may have different meanings than similar data in some authoritarian countries.
