 I. Ways of cultural dissemination:

Transnational tourism and migration: Through travel, study or migration, people can directly experience and bring back different cultural practices and values. This face-to-face contact accelerates the flow of culture internationally. Multinational companies and business activities: Multinational companies spread brand culture, consumer habits and lifestyle to other countries through their business operations on a global scale. II. Forms of cultural integration:
