Blog2:What is the relation between culture and globalization?

In today's world, culture and globalization are increasingly intertwined. For me, globalization is not just about economic interaction, it also allows different cultures to collide, communicate, and even merge. Through globalization, we have greater access to music, movies, art and ideas from other countries to understand different lifestyles and values, which has enriched our lives and opened up my horizons.

However, globalization has not only brought about cultural exchange, but also let me see that cultural diversity is being impacted. As a result of large-scale cultural transmission, traditional cultures in some places may gradually be marginalized or even replaced by popular mainstream cultures. This phenomenon made me realize that while globalization has promoted the spread of culture, it also poses challenges to indigenous cultures.

Against this background, I feel that we need to find a balance between an open and inclusive embrace of multiculturalism while respecting and protecting the uniqueness of our own culture. Only in this way can we truly make globalization a force for the preservation and development of cultural diversity and richness. This understanding and tolerance of culture has made me realize that in the process of globalization, culture is not just "convergence", but a deeper level of communication and resonance.
